  • Event planning, concept, design and production
  • Working with clients to build long term relationships, to identify their needs and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Research, planning, organizing facilities and details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material etc.
  • Managing ownership of the assigned event project, from brief to closure, including budgeting, contracts, communication with suppliers & clients Attributes
  • Effective organizational skills are essential for this role. You must be able to handle many different tasks, often under severe time pressure. You need good interpersonal and communication skills, as you’ll be dealing with many different groups of people, including presenters, customers, audiovisual technicians, catering staff and team members. Negotiating terms, contracts, budgets is part of the job.
  • 1-2 years experience is a plus, English spoken & written is mandatory, good practical use of excel, PPT, word
