IKB Leasing team chose for this team building both indoor and outdoor activities, combining so the sport and competitive spirit with the communication and teamwork.

The indoor program, implemented together with Christian Scholtes, connected the participants with the company’s beliefs and objectives, gathering them around one common purpose. And for all these values to be consolidated, the participants practiced their communication and teamwork skills on the shore of Vidraru lake, enjoying an astonishing view and an outdoor program where the sport and fun went hand in hand.
