In 2015, under the slogan ‘Invest in people’ Pro Events, in partnership with Agrafics Communication, organized and implemented the campaign ‘Decency and respect for the vulnerable ones’.
The project was developed on 4 main axes: Axis I related to the information and publicity campaign, Axis II entitled “Attitude for the vulnerable”, Axis III with the title “Support for the vulnerable” and Axis IV with the theme “Present in education”.
The main goal of this project was to increase the number of those integrated into the labor market and to promote the social inclusion of 1.100 people belonging to the targeted vulnerable groups from Center and North-East through qualification courses, integrated employment and training services (evaluation, informing, counseling).
The project was implemented through 3 promotional events, 17 conferences, 30 workshops, 25 seminars, all of them developed during 9 months, between March and December 2015.
The main focus of all the events developed during the project was to bring awareness over the current situation of vulnerable categories and the way people perceive them and to create the suitable context for changing the attitude of employers, employees and all of those involved in the decision process towards the vulnerable groups and making the employers, employees and all the decision-makers understand the difficult situation these groups are in.
Also, the project aimed to promote a coherent, open and outside the box vision of the vulnerable groups and to facilitate the access to labor market integration and the directly employee-employer interaction.
An important theme developed within the projects was volunteering, and how the civil society can be mobilized to get involved in volunteering actions that increase the degree of social integration of vulnerable people.
School dropout was another topic of maximum importance. Also, another important topics were approached during the seminars and workshops: the risks that young people are exposed to today, the risks of early school leaving that children and adults should pay attention to and the negative impact of the lack of education on their life.
